Abstract

L'invention concerne une nappe de fibres pour la fabrication à sec de corps moulés comprimés. L'installation de l'invention comprend un applicateur 2 déposant des fibres sur un transporteur sans fin 4 où est formée une première couche de fibres 5. Par des filières 10, sortent des fils 9' formant une couche support sur laquelle est ensuite appliquée une deuxième couche de fibres 16. La nappe de fibres ainsi formée passe ensuite par des paires de cylindres 17a, 17b, 18a, 18b, puis est enroulée sur un tambour 21. L'invention est utilisée pour la fabrication de nappes de fibres sans altérer la répartition uniforme de ces dernières.
