Abstract
The lotion consists of a diluted plasma obtd. by removal of blood from an animal, of the same Forssman gp. as man, which has been injected with an emulsion prepd. with pigs skin and partic. with the layer of basal cells. The emulsion for injection is pref. obtd. by splitting up the layer of basal cells of pigs skin into a physiologically isotomic soln. at 1 pt. skin/100 pts. soln. The lotion is used to treat baldness conditions which are resistant to known treatments. If the papilla are not totally destroyed, pigmented hair regrows after 5-6 weeks, whereas known treatments only give a colourless down.
