Abstract

L'imprimante est conçue pour imprimer des caractères selon un pas sélectionné. Dans une réalisation, l'imprimante peut imprimer des caractères selon un pas standard de 2,55 mm ou un pas comprimé de 1,70 mm selon la bande d'impression 54 utilisée par l'imprimante. Les marteaux d'impression de l'ensemble de marteaux 18 ont deux positions possibles pour le pas standard et trois positions possibles pour le pas comprimé, l'électronique de commande étant adaptée pour commander le fonctionnement des marteaux selon que la bande d'impression 54 utilisée est destinée au pas standard ou au pas comprimé.
