Abstract

Procédé et dispositif d'analyse des variations dans le temps de la transparence d'un échantillon. Le dispositif comprend des moyens pour élaborer un premier signal B représentatif des variations dans le temps de ladite transparence, des moyens pour élaborer un deuxième signal A, des moyens pour élaborer une première impulsion à l'instant initial to, des moyens pour élaborer le signal A, ces moyens comportant des moyens pour rendre ce signal représentatif de la pente initiale du signal B au début de sa région à pente forte, des moyens pour comparer périodiquement cette pente à la pente du signal B, des moyens pour élaborer une deuxième impulsion lorsque la pente du signal B devient supérieure à la pente initiale mesurée, et des moyens pour mesurer le temps s'écoulant entre les deux impulsions. Application à la détermination du temps de lyse d'un caillot sanguin.
