Abstract

Le disque d'embrayage comporte un corps 13 qui présente des échancrures, pour recevoir des patins de friction 15 montés de manière amovible dans les échancrures. Chaque patin de friction 15 comporte deux plaquettes de friction 21, montées ensemble sur au moins une couche intermédiaire d'amortissement 19, constituée d'une matière élastique. Dans le plan du disque, les bordures du support rigide intermédiaire 16, en combinaison avec au moins une couche intermédiaire d'amortissement 19, constituée d'une matière élastique. Dans le plan du disque, les bordures du support rigide intermédiaire 16 coopèrent avec les bordures de l'échancrure correspondante du corps 13, pour solidariser en rotation le patin 15 et le corps 13 du disque d'embrayage. Application aux disques d'embrayage, pour faciliter la réalisation de patins de friction amovibles, assurant une élasticité axiale favorable au fonctionnement de l'embrayage sans à-coups.
