Abstract

A continuous casting device for the casting of metals and alloys comprises a circular table rotated about a vertical axis and having >=1 peripheral groove to receive the cast metal. A motor reducer drives the shaft which rotates the table at a constant speed. The device is easy to handle and enables continuity of casting to be maintained.
