Abstract

Dispositif permettant de casser avec précision la coque de tous les fruits secs de consommation courante : - sans risque d'éjection du fruit; - sans écrasement de l'amande. L'instrument comporte sur l'un au moins des deux manches I : - deux moulures concaves 3 et 4, de formes particulières, permettant de positionner le fruit, le bloquer, le présenter d'une façon favorable à l'éclatement; - une butée principale 6, mobile sur une glissière 5, permettant de régler la course des deux manches 1 et 2 pour ne pas écraser l'amande; - une seconde butée 7 escamotable par montage sur ressort, servant à positionner très facilement la butée principale sur laquelle elle est fixée. Cet instrument concerne au moins les principaux fruits secs à coque, (noix de noyer, noix de cajou, amande d'amandier, noisette). Il a sa place dans tous les ménages et l'artisanat alimentaire (pâtisseries, restaurants).
