Abstract

The prefabricated false ceiling section is mounted together with similar sections between the facing sides of parallel framework sections. The false ceiling section (10) consists of a flat, sheet metal, such as stainless steel trough shaped piece. The trough has a square or oblong bottom (11) with two pairs of facing sides (a, a'). The sides (a, a') have edge folds forming rims (12) two of which are shallow in height and two of which are higher. At the ends of the higher sides (13) are slits (14) on a level with the tops of the lower sides (12), and into which slot the sides of the framework sections. The ends of the sides over the slits (14) finish a little way from the ends of the sides themselves.
