Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'aide pour personnes handicapées de la parole, par exemple à la suite d'une affection du larynx. Le dispositif comprend un premier transducteur monté sur un des organes du mécanisme de phonation de la personne handicapée, par exemple sur une des cordes vocales, ce transducteur transformant les vibrations du mécanisme de phonation en signal électrique qui est traité par un système électronique alimentant un deuxième transducteur susceptible d'agir sur un des organes du mécanisme de phonation de manière à faciliter ou renforcer la production des sons par ce mécanisme. L'invention trouve une application dans le domaine des prothèses de phonation.
