Abstract

L'invention décrit un procédé permettant d'obtenir des polyuréthannes élastomères avec une meilleure interaction entre l'élastomère et la charge contenue. On produit les élastomères à partir de : a. des composés polyhydroxylés à poids moléculaire élevé, b. des polyisocyanates et éventuellement, c. des agents d'allongement des chaînes à bas poids moléculaire, en utilisant, comme constituant a ou c au moins un composé polyhydroxylé présentant au moins un groupe sulfonate et/ou phosphonate, en une quantité telle que l'élastomère contient 1 à 10 % en poids des groupes phosphonate(s) et/ou sulfonate(s) pour 100 g de matière sèche de polyuréthanne. Les pièces moulées obtenues ont de meilleures caractéristiques mécaniques et peuvent servir au rembourrage, etc.The invention describes a process making it possible to obtain elastomeric polyurethanes with a better interaction between the elastomer and the filler contained. The molded parts obtained have better mechanical characteristics and can be used for padding, etc.
