Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif magnétique permettant d'assurer la rétention d'un élement de prothese, notamment de prothèse dentaire, sur une partie osseuse telle que l'os maxillaire. Le dispositif comporte un boîtier 26 dans lequel est placée une languette 28 déformable dont les extrémités sont engagées dans les fentes 27 du boîtier. La languette est déployée après introduction du boîtier dans la cavité 14 de l'os par mise en place d'un aimant 31. Ce dispositif permet un retrait éventuel de l'aimant, sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'extraire le boîtier.
