Abstract

L'invention concerne un frein à disque du type dit << à étrier >>. L'étrier est constitué de deux éléments porte-garniture 1a et 20, situés en vis-à-vis l'un de l'autre, comprenant chacun des organes de freinage essentiellement constitués d'un piston, monté dans un cylindre correspondant, et susceptible d'appliquer une garniture de friction contre le disque tournant 13, les éléments porte-garniture la et 20 étant reliés l'un à l'autre et serrés contre une entretoise monobloc 21 comportant des oreilles de fixation munies de perçage pour recevoir un ensemble de vis de fixation 26 de l'étrier sur la structure non tournante 27. Application au freinage d'arbres de transmission par exemple de véhicules.
