Abstract

Dispositif d'accès au système circulatoire d'un organisme vivant. Il comporte un conduit ou deux conduits 15, 17 à relier au système circulatoire et un corps 19 attenant auxdits conduits, avec lesquels il communique. Dans le corps est logé un tournant 21 conçu pour recevoir le bec 23 d'un cathéter. Un chapeau 55 présente un trou central 59 et, dans son épaisseur une rainure circonférentielle 62. Une oreille 81 formée sur le bec de cathéter s'engage dans cette rainure pour interdire le détachement du cathéter quand le tournant est en position permettant l'écoulement de sang. Application aux examens hématologiques prolongés, notamment par dialyse.
