Abstract

La structure est immergée, l'élément étant maintenu sorti du fût par des moyens de verrouillage et d'étanchéité, l'élément et le fut étant vides d'eau. L'élément est ensuite rétracté dans le fût par remplissage d'eau et le pont est amené à l'aplomb. On vide l'élément coulissant qui, subissant la poussée d'Archimède, fait monter le pont à sa position définitive. Application à la construction de plateformes d'exploitation sous-marine.
