Abstract

Procédé pour la fabrication de fils ou films en cellulose régénérée, ou la cellulose est mise en solution dans un mélange solvant de diméthylsulfooxyde et formaldéhyde, de préférence paraformaldéhyde, et la solution traitée avec un milieu régénérant, caractérisé en ce que la cellulose finement divisée, d'un taux de polymérisation DP de 230 à 400 est mélangée, de préférence pétrie, avec le solvant à une température de 120 à 150 degrés C, éventuellement sous action simultanée des ultrasons, ce qui permet d'obtenir des solutions claires d'une teneur de 20 à 10 % en poids de cellulose, à la suite de quoi ces solutions sont filées dans un bain de filage aqueux ou précipitées dans un bain précipitant aqueux, puis étirées et éventuellement retraitées avec un agent de lavage aqueux.
