Abstract
Cet appareil comporte au moins un flotteur 20f et un dispositif flottant 1 monté pivotant et coulissant sur un pieu 3 enfoncé verticalement dans le fond de l'océan ou analogue. Un circuit hydraulique fermé est monté sur le dispositif 1. Le fluide hydraulique est mis en circulation dans le circuit hydraulique par des pompes 11f de façon à actionner un moteur 24 entraînant une génératrice 25, chacune des pompes étant raccordée à un flotteur respectif par un levier 19f de façon à être actionnée par les ondulations de l'eau, par l'intermédiaire de ce flotteur.
