Abstract

Composition pour la lutte préventive contre Botrytis cinerea (moisissure grise de la vigne) constituée d'un complexe dans lequel un agent fortement réducteur (par exemple un sulfite) est lié à une argile bentonitique. Ce complexe associe les propriétés adsorbantes de la bentonite, vis-à-vis des enzymes et autres sécrétions du parasite, aux propriétés réductrices de SO2 qui se dégage lentement en présence d'humidité. Préparation par bartotage de SO2 dans un gel aqueux de bentonite sodique. Epandage à dose de 20-40 kg par hectare, par pulvérisation à sec ou en solution aqueuse. Application : prévention durable de l'infection botrytique et prévention de l'acidification acétique des moûts.
