L'enroulement est enrobé à sec dans une matière époxy similaire comprenant des grains de ladite matière Des ailettes sont reliées à l'extérieur de l'enrobage sec pour éliminer la chaleur transmise aux ailettes à partir de la bobine. Application à l'enlèvement de déchets de fer (fonte ou acier) se trouvant sur des courroies.
