Abstract

La présente invention concerne une méthode de détermination immunoenzymologique pour le dosage d'une substance choisie parmi l'ensemble constitué par les substances antigéniques et les anticorps, dans laquelle on marque la substance à doser ou son opposé spécifique, au moyen d'un enzyme, notamment la peroxydase on forme un complexe antigène-anticorps comprenant la totalité ou une fraction de l'enzyme de marquage, on sépare ledit complexe antigène-anticorps notamment par fixation sur un support immuno-adsorbant, et on assure la réaction de mise en évidence de l'enzyme fixée sur la substance à doser, puis on procède à une élution du produit de réaction formé fixé sur le support immunoadsorbant, ladite méthode étant caractérisée en ce que l'élution est effectuée en milieu acide.
