Abstract

Prothèse interne dans laquelle un élément d'articulation est solidement fixé sur un tenon par des forces de serrage. Un tenon 12, soit formé sur l'os soit faisant corps avec une tige 10 introduite dans l'os, est inséré dans l'élément d'articulation 20. Un évidement 16 est prévu dans le tenon et reçoit un corps expansible 30a en matière se gonflant en présence de liquide et exerçant ainsi les forces de serrage. Une réserve de liquide 33 et un canal 31 favorisent le gonflement régulier du corps 30a. Prothèses d'articulation diverses, notamment prothèse de la hanche.
