Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une charnière en deux pièces munies chacune d'une ferrure et d'au moins un bossage ajouré, les bossages des deux pièces étant articulés entre eux au moyen d'une broche qui les traverse. L'invention concerne aussi une charnière fabriquée selon le procédé. Une pièce de charnière selon l'invention est remarquable en ce que le bossage est formé à partir d'un élément de matière distincte et initialement séparée de la ferrure puis façonnée sensiblement en forme de tube ou bague et ensuite soudée à ladite ferrure. L'invention concerne notamment mais non exclusivement les charnières pour portes de véhicules automobiles.The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a hinge in two parts each provided with a fitting and at least one perforated boss, the bosses of the two parts being articulated to each other by means of a pin which passes through them. The invention also relates to a hinge manufactured according to the method. The invention relates in particular but not exclusively to hinges for doors of motor vehicles.
