Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition à base de matière plastique, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est formée par un mélange contenant un copolymère cationique d'acrylamide et de méthylsulfate de beta -méthacrylyloxyéthyltriméthylammonium, un polymère non ionique d'acrylamide, de la glycérine, du propylèneglycol et de la polyvinylpyrrolidone, les proportions du copolymere cationique et du polymère non ionique variant entre 1 : 9 et 1 : 1, les quantités totales de glycérine et de propylèneglycol devant dépasser les quantités totales des polymères cationique et non ionique.
