Abstract

La présente invention concerne des équipements gyroscopiques tels que des compas à équipage mobile flottant, utilisés pour la navigation marine. Ce compas comprend une gyrosphère pendulaire flottant dans une cavité sphérique contenant un fluide électriquement conducteur. Une électrode 14 faisant passer un courant à travers ce fluide pour faire tourner le rotor du gyroscope, forme une bande de largeur variant suivant une loi sinusoïdale; quatre électrodes associées 11, 38, 100 et 101 également espacées autour du carter de l'instrument fournissent des informations de position en azimut pour exciter un capteur synchro-transmetteur 121 dans lequel ces électrodes créent un vecteur champ qui produit des signaux de sortie représentant des relèvements reels en azimut avec les 3 fils de sortie du synchro-transmetteur. Application aux compas gyroscopiques.
