Installation de refroidissement rapide et de conservation de plats cuisinés. Cette installation comprend une chambre froide 1 pourvue d'une porte 2 d'entrée et comportant des cellules 3 ouvertes mais séparées latéralement les unes des autres, chaque cellule étant pourvue d'un bloc frigorigène 4 évaporateur et ventilateur. Cette installation est destinée en particulier à la restauration différée.
