Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de sécurité externe monté à l'avant d'un véhicule du type poids lourd, ce dispositif étant destiné à protéger les occupants d'une voiture particulière en cas de choc frontal contre l'avant de ce poids lourd. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, sous la partie extrême antérieure du châssis, des moyens 2 absorbant progressivement, par déformation plastique, l'énergie cinétique de la voiture venant heurter le poids lourd.
