Abstract

Procédé de vulcanisation d'un pneumatique à câblés de nylon sous l'effet de la chaleur et de la pression dans un moule, puis de gonflement postérieur du pneumatique à l'extérieur du moule à une pression d'au moins 170 kPa avant refroidissement du pneumatique au-dessous de la température de retrait par la chaleur du câblé de nylon. Il comprend un retard de 4 à 7 minutes entre le moment de l'enlèvement du pneumatique du moule et le moment où le pneumatique est postérieurement gonflé. Les câblés dans ces pneumatiques présentent une résistance à la traction plus élevée que les pneumatiques soumis aux procédés classiques.
