Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition catalytique pour la polymérisation des oléfines. Le système catalytique de l'invention est constitué d'un métal alkyle, de formule R2 WY ou R3 W et d'un organomagnésium de formule R'MgX en combinaison avec un composé de métal de transition des Groupes IV B à VIII. L'invention s'applique en particulier à un système catalytique présentant une activité de polymérisation accrue des alpha-oléfines permettant d'obtenir des polymères ayant un degré élevé de stéréo-spécificité isotactique.The invention relates to a catalyst composition for the polymerization of olefins. The catalytic system of the invention consists of an alkyl metal, of formula R2 WY or R3 W and of an organomagnesium of formula R'MgX in combination with a transition metal compound from Groups IV B to VIII. The invention applies in particular to a catalytic system exhibiting an increased polymerization activity of alpha-olefins making it possible to obtain polymers having a high degree of isotactic stereospecificity.
