Cette chaise comporte plusieurs éléments indépendants, à savoir un piétement avant 2, un piétement arrière 3, une assise 4 et un dossier 5, l'assise et le dossier étant chacun articulés à la fois sur le piétement avant et sur le piétement arrière. Par pivotement vers l'avant du dossier, celui-ci est amené au contact de l'assise et des piétement avant et arrière, permettant un pliage sous un encombrement très réduit.
