Abstract

Cette invention concerne un support de fixation destiné aux batteries de véhicules à moteur. Ce support comprend un plateau ou analogue recevant la batterie et un étrier retenant celle-ci. L'étrier est rigide à la torsion et il présente de préférence une section en U. Il repose par la face de cette section orientée vers le bas sur la face supérieure de la batterie, sur toute la largeur ou la longueur de celle-ci, en chevauchant sa cloison médiane. Les branches latérales de l'étrier sont constituées par des parties de serrage qui viennent s'accrocher sur le plateau et qui sont munies de préférence de portions supérieures en crochets. Un couvercle recouvrant toute la batterie peut être encranté sur l'étrier. Ce support est utilisable en particulier pour les batteries de véhicules de grandes dimensions, susceptibles de basculer.
