Abstract

The harness is a U shape comprising the side of the pulley and two plates. One plate (36) is fixed horizontally behind a deflector rail (28) and mates with the side of the pulley (10). The other plate is hinged (46) onto the deflector guide (28) and in the active position is in a plane parallel with the pulley. The hinged plate is knocked flat as the articulated support arm approaches the pulley and is rendered inoperative. Pref. two hinged plates are included, working in tandem so that one is always in the active position when the other is not.
