Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une structure permettant d'additionner la puissance fournie par des composants hyperfréquence, tels que des diodes à avalanche ou à effet Gunn, grâce à l'association de tels composants à un circuit résonnant hyperfréquence. Cette structure comporte un circuit résonnant 1 à 2N résonateurs, par exemple du type anode de magnétron à ailettes 3, et 2N composants 4, connectés entre un conducteur 5 de polarisation central et chaque ailette 3, de façon à présenter le même sens de conduction et à ce que deux composants adjacents fonctionnent avec un déphasage égal à pi . Application aux amplificateurs et oscillateurs hyperfréquence, notamment en bande I.
