Abstract

The grain distributor is for precision sowing, having a fixed cylindrical body (1) with conical zones (11) at each side. The body forms, with two plates (2) having equidistant pockets with their small -diameter mouths to the outside and bearing against the conical zone, a grain preselection chamber (4). The plates are mounted and fixed on a rotary shaft (3), running along the furrow. In the central part of the body is a passage (5) connecting the chamber to the seed hopper (6). Two opposite ports on the plate axis discharge the grain into flexible pipes (14) of the same length, extending down to the furrow. The body is supplied with low-pressure air in large quantities via a central passage in its top part.
