Abstract

Le système de l'invention permet aux opératrices d'un centre d'être connectées automatiquement aux jonctions entrantes en appel selon des critères de chronologie et avec utilisation préférentielle des mailles directes du réseau de commutation. Ce réseau RC a ses entrées reliées aux deux accès des circuits de connexion CC et ses sorties aussi bien aux joncteurs d'arrivée JA que de départ JD. Ce réseau RC est associé à un dispositif CMD assurant l'utilisation préférentielle des mailles directes du réseau lorsqu'il s'agit de relier un circuit CC à un joncteur JA. Un calculateur CAL gère les informations reçues des joncteurs d'arrivées JA et des positions d'opératrices OP de façon à classer chronologiquement les appels entrants, les opératrices selon le moment où elles sont devenues disponibles; de distinguer différentes catégories d'appels et d'opératrices, ceci afin que chaque appel entrant soit desservi le plus rapidement possible. L'invention trouve son application dans les centraux téléphoniques utilisant des opératrices pour la desserte des communications
