Abstract

The artificial track is moulded from a synthetic resin material in sections for the use of toboggans. Each section has a number of curved ribs (1), with intermediate flexible portions (3) in the form of bellows. The ribs are of semi-spherical hollow construction, having extended sides and reinforced at the ends and at intervals internally be bulkheads. The section s are joined together longitudinally by means of mushroom-headed pegs (4) clipping into corresponding holes in the next section. Sections can be joined transversely by fitting the moulded-on hooks provided on one row of bulkheads into the slots (7) of the adjacent section.
