Abstract

Système d'entraînement de cuves cylindriques, destinées en particulier au malaxage des viandes, et permettant, d'une part de réduire considérablement les dimensions de l'ensemble de l'appareil, d'autre part de pouvoir désolidariser instantanément partie motrice et recipient. Il comprend un moteur 1 directement accouplé à un réducteur à roue et vis sans fin 2, dont les deux demi-arbres lents de sortie portent deux galets d'entraînement 4. Ces galets 4, associés à deux galets porteurs 5, assurent rotation et guidage de la cuve 6. L'invention peut être utilisée dans les industries alimentaires comportant, à la suite, une phase en récipient rotatif et une phase statique.
