Abstract

The vacuum packing machine has a base which supports a vibratory table with side walls. A cylindrical roller is mounted on pivot arms, and a vacuum pad is mounted at the lower end of an arm connected to a pneumatic jack. The machine is actuated from the signal detector through the control box. The vacuum pad is lowered onto a vacuum valve in the wall of the bag. After sealing the bag is moved away from the vibratory table.
