Abstract

Dispositif permettant de malaxer sous vide des matières par système automatisé et manuel. Il comprend : un couvercle 1 fixé hermétiquement sur une cuve 2. Cette cuve est activée par une manivelle 4 à l'extrémité de laquelle se situe un ensemble en forme d'hélice 5 permettant ainsi en fonction de la texture des corps à malaxer d'obtenir une plus ou moins grande vitesse de rotation. L'invention peut être utilisée pour toute fabrication de malaxage de matière et plus particulièrement pour la réalisation des blocs de foie gras.
