Abstract

The centrifugal abrasive-blasting machine for blasting strip-shaped plastering material (5) of different widths on either side has centrifugal wheels (12a, 12b) which are arranged on either side of the plastering material (5) and are firmly connected to an abrasive-blasting chamber (2). The abrasive-blasting chamber (2) can be swivelled about an axis (6) which is arranged perpendicularly, or virtually perpendicularly, to the plastering-material surface which is to undergo abrasive blasting. In this arrangement, the direction of the blast, to which the surface of the plastering material (5) is subjected, is changed to the direction in which the plastering material (5) passes. As a result, plastering material (5) of different width in each case can be cleaned by abrasive blasting, the high quality of which remains the same.
