Abstract

Dispositif pour imprégner de la viande à l'aide d'un liquide attendrisseur ou aromatique. Sur la soupape d d'un récipient distributeur sous pression a est montée une tête distributrice 10, 20, comportant des ajutages 14 en forme de doigts formés sur une surface de pression 12 munie d'un rebord 13 et, éventuellement, une rondelle d'espacement 40. En pressant la tête contre la viande, on ouvre la soupape d et on injecte du liquide dans la viande, la surface de pression 12, conjointement avec son rebord 13, empêchant toute fuite de liquide hors de la viande. Application : imprégnation de viande, notamment pour l'utilisation domestique.
