Abstract

L'invention concerne le nettoyage des objets métalliques portant un revêtement de matière plastique halogénée. Elle rapporte à un procédé qui comprend la fluidisation d'un lit de matières granulaires formé de carbonates, le chauffage du lit à une température qui provoque la décomposition thermique du revêtement, et l'immersion de l'objet metallique dans le lit fluidisé afin que la matière plastique se décompose et que les gaz acides halogénés libérés par décomposition réagissent avec le carbonate sans corroder l'objet nettoyé. Application à la récupération des pièces portant un revêtement de matière plastique.
