Abstract

A bundle of firewood is held together by wire hoops (1A, 1B) which are secured by suitable fastenins (2A, 2B). A free end of each wire extends from each fastening and is secured to the hoop by further fastenings leaving slack wires (4A, 4B) which provide carrying handles. These slack wire lengths may be connected together to form a single handle.
