Abstract

Mise en contact de gaz et de liquides. Le procédé consiste à introduire un gaz et un liquide dans une colonne, et il est caractérisé en ce que le liquide est introduit dans le sommet de la colonne sous forme d'un courant de liquide dont la vitesse est suffisante pour engendrer dans la région supérieure de la colonne une mousse sensiblement continue, la géométrie de la colonne et la vitesse du courant d'entrée du liquide étant ajustées de manière que le courant de liquide arrivant air tendance à disperser et à réentraîner les bulles réunies, en séparant le gaz ou les bulles plus grandes au sommet de la colonne dans la mousse. Dissolution notamment de l'air ou de l'oxygène dans l'eau.
