Abstract

Several test tubes for analysis are formed in a block. The block comprises a lower plate of synthetic material that is fixed to an upper plate also of synthetic material. The upper plate has funnels thermoformed in it to form the test tubes. The lower plate has holes corresponding to the positions of the funnels on the top plate. A plug of an absorbent material impregnated with a reagent is housed at the bottom of the funnel and blocks the opening in the lower part of the tube. Used for analytical use in the medical, biological and chemical fields. Several tubes can be simultaneously filled without requiring special apparatus.
