Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de sirène rotative d'alarme actionnée électriquement, qui consiste à inverser l'ordre de prise et de présentation des principales pièces à assembler par emboîtage libre, sans clipsage, en commençant par le cache-turbine, puis en positionnant la turbine, puis le flasque-moteur et son capuchon d'étanchéité, la dernière phase du cycle de mise en place par pression et déplacement régulés ayant pour effet d'une part d'incliner suivant un angle désiré les barrettes de raccordement électriques du moteur et d'autre part de commander une opération de soudure annulaire par H.F. ayant pour effet de solidariser définitivement le flasque-moteur avec la cage de protection de la turbine. Domaine d'application : principalement les collectivités.
