Abstract

The adaptable tubular frame for use on hospital beds is fitted into a squared bottom frame. The bottom and top end of the frame are provided with uprights at each corner and one centre upright. Each has a screw type knob which immobilises the top part of the head and foot part of the frame. When the head and foot horizontals are not used, various forms of upper frame parts for traction treatments can be inserted into uprights.
