Abstract

Composition pour le dosage enzymatique du glucose. Ce système comprend les enzymes oxydase du glucose et peroxydase, un composé ayant un groupe > CH en position peroxydase, un composé ayant des groupes > CH en position alpha d'un groupe énolique avec des doubles liaisons conjuguées à la double liaison énolique, et un composé contenant au moins un groupe réactif lié à une structure dérivant de la 1-phényl-5-pyrazolinone. Ce système réactif peut être stocké à l'état de poudre sèche et dilué immédiatement avant l'emploi, sans qu'on encourt un risque d'instabilité. Utilisation de ce système réactif unique pour le dosage du glucose dans des échantillons biologiques tels que plasma, urine, sang déprotéiné, etc.
