Abstract

L'invention concerne la détermination approchée de la quantité d'ions chlore présents sur une surface. On applique sur une aire déterminée de ladite surface une quantite déterminée d'un gel comprenant du chromate ou du bi-chromate d'argent, de l'amidon et de la silice colloïdale pyrogénée ou precipitée, et l'on compare la teinte résultante dudit gel aux teintes obtenues en appliquant la même quantité de gel sur des aires identiques de la même surface contenant des quantités connues d'ions chlore. Application : détermination de la quantité de chlorure de sodium présente sur une chaussée.
