Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif mécanique de frein à main. Il comporte un élément cunéiforme 47 susceptible de verrouiller le piston de blocage dans sa position de blocage et d'arrêter ledit piston de blocage dans sa position de verrouillage lors d'une diminution de la pression, ledit élément cunéiforme étant susceptible de pénétrer sous l'action d'une force de pression dans un espace qui est dégagé par le piston de blocage 1 lorsque celui-ci qui porte, dans la position d'arrêt et avec coincement automatique, contre une surface oblique 31 prévue sur un élément de piston 29 qui s'étend axialement au-delà du piston de blocage. Application aux freins à disques et à étriers.
