Abstract

Le transporteur nouveau selon la présente invention comprend à la fois un élément 1 générateur de coussin d'air à travers lequel de l'air est soufflé pour supporter les articles devant être transportés et un long élément sans fin 2 qui comporte une multiplicité de cloisons 4 espacées de la surface de l'élément générateur de coussin d'air et situées au-dessus de cette surface, ledit élément sans fin 2 étant agencé de manière à se déplacer le long d'un trajet fermé au-dessus de la surface du coussin d'air dans la direction longitudinale du transporteur et à déplacer les articles supportés par le coussin d'air au-dessus de l'élément 1. Application : groupage de paquets pour des ordres ou commandes comportant différents articles.
