Abstract

Procédé de mécanisation automatique ou semi-automatique pour l'emballage de produits fragiles et ou non porteurs en permettant de varier au choix la resistance de l'emballage sans changer les machines de mise en oeuvre. Il comprend l'utilisation de plusieurs éléments simples, distincts les uns des autres dans leur but et dans leur emploi. Le regroupement du tout assurant la finalité de la caisse. Il comprend une ceinture carton positionnée autour du groupement de produit en sous-ensem le par une machine de comptage-mise en forme. Un transfert de ces ceintures vers une machine assurant le comptage et rangement des sous-ensembles (ceintures) en groupement maintenu en colis finaL Ce colissage peut être effectué soit par enveloppement complet, soit en 2 éléments assurant fond et couvercle avec des hauteurs de recouvrement, sur les ceintures, variables au choix entre le minimum nécessaire au collage (résistance normale à la palettisation) et le maximum, soit la hauteur totale des ceintures (assurant par la triple épaisseur extérieure la résistance optimum au gerbage). Tous les choix étant possibles entre ces 2 extrêmes.
